There is not one way to meditate, far from it, we are all unique and have varying reasons for wanting to start this journey. This series invites you to explore different pathways to get you started, but also to keep you going with your meditation practice.
This series has been specifically designed to be completed within 3 months at a slow pace, so you may find you complete the series quicker. Enjoy access to all content over this period and find a pace which suits you.
