WHY YIN WITH MEL?

WHAT'S ON OFFER?

Join Mel for her inspiring Yin Teacher Training programme where you will slip off the radar for 5 days of yin “chill-pill”.

Explore your ‘Yin-side’ with a deep immersion into the other side of the yoga coin.

Mel will answer all the “whys” and you will practice twice to bookend the day and layer the intellectual information with somatic experience.

WHY YIN YOGA?

Yin yoga is growing in popularity, largely in response to what has become a very “yang”-dominated yoga culture.

People are discovering the benefits of a quieter; more still practice – not just in their physical bodies, but also in their nervous and energy systems.

ABOUT MEL

Mel - a level 3 senior yoga teacher with over 11 years yin experience and formalised yin training with Paul Grilley.

Mel offers a truly unique training by sharing her wealth of experience, insight and knowledge of Metaphysics, Acu-energetics, Reiki, Qi Gong and other healing modalities to blend the physical, mental and energetic bodies in regards to yin yoga.
